Take a virtual flight over Stamford and Rutland with these wonderful aerial pictures.
They were taken by Mercury photographer Andy Dennis at the end of 2006 and just weeks before he sadly died aged 44.

The pictures were taken from a light aircraft as it passed over the area and allowed Andy to capture these wonderful images of Stamford's historic town centre, Burghley House, Rutland Water and the many picturesque villages in the area.
