Bag thief must need help

It beggars belief that a young person can steal a school bag from an 11-year-old disabled young lad (Mercury, last week).
The bag contained vital history, medical equipment and a recording device which are so vital to this young lad.

When the thief found it was of no use to him, instead of leaving it where it could be picked up he threw it in the river thus destroying the equipment.

The young lad whose life is already difficult is made even more difficult. I suggest you hand yourself in to the police because you obviously need help and treatment, basically I think you are sick and in need of help.
